BREATH
TAKE A LONG SLOW DEEP BREATH IN AND BREATH OUT SLOWLY....RELAX.....DO IT AGAIN...DO IT AGAIN.
In your mind you are under a tree listening to the birds chirp and a gentle breeze blows past your face. You are one with the presence of nature. Breath in and out slowly. Feeling the calm and peacefulness that comes with being connected to God. The animals are there naturally. We are the ones that have to be tuned.
Much planning and labor takes it's toil on the hostess. The happier the hostess the better the party.
GET READY TO HAVE A GOOD TIME!
The better time the hostess has, the better the guest enjoy their experience.
Taking a few laps with the pony or sit in the pen on the grass, also helps work off anxiety. When the animals arrive, it is your time to let go of stress. You can do it! Breath!
Give your-self permission to enjoy yourself. Drop all the have-2s and have-not's. Your moment has arrived. Love yourself as God loves YOU!
